Returns window
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original sealed condition and packaging.
Sealed products
Trading card boxes, packs and other randomised products cannot be returned once opened. This protects every collector and keeps product integrity intact.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
How to start a return
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps before anything is sent back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after inspection. Original delivery charges and return postage are normally non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
